Ellie has always been different, from playing with fairies as a child to fighting demons as an adult. She grew up wondering why no one else seemed to notice the oddities of the world that she came into contact with on a daily basis. When she is the only witness of a demon attack and the police suspect her, Ellie skips the country heading to England where she plans to keep a low profile. Everything is going fine, until Devon appears, stumbling around her garden like a drunken fool, and completely naked no less.

Six months ago Devon sacrificed himself to bind the soul of a demon and save the world from certain destruction. Thanks to a spell gone awry, Devon is back. But Devon hasn’t come alone. The very demon he tried to destroy has returned and is wreaking havoc on earth. When Devon meets Ellie, he instantly recognizes another supernatural being. Ellie may just be the only person who is strong enough to destroy the demon, if the demon doesn’t destroy her first.

.

The Demon Hunter picks up a few months after the shocking ending of The Ghost Hunter. There was quite a bit of time between novels so those of you that have read The Ghost Hunter may want to go back and refresh yourself with specifics and I wouldn’t recommend reading this one without first reading that one. I found that I had trouble remembering things from the first book and had to stop a few times to figure out what was going on.

The book opens with Ashley and Cristian trying to reverse a spell that trapped their friend Devon’s soul in with a demon after he sacrificed himself to save the world. Trying to send each to the afterlife they unwittingly release Devon’s soul and that of the demon they had fought so hard to entomb , back to earth. Devon is ripped back to this world with a hazy memory and no strength. He stumbles onto his families land, now owned by a crotchety old man who treats the estates employees like the dirt he sees them as. Ellie works on the grounds as a historical tour guide and fearing losing her job tries to calm Devon down before the owner sees him. Since Ellie gets blamed for all the strange occurrences that have started happening since she was hired, she knows this will be the last straw.

Ellie really doesn’t understand why things happen around her, they just always have. When Devon convinces her to take him to find Ashley and Cristian she learns things about herself and her nature she thought she never would. Thrown into the middle of a demon/hunter war she acclimates quite well. Not one given to hysterics Ellie finds a strength in herself she didn’t know existed and along with that strength a capacity to love that is unfathomable.

I loved Ellies transformation from beginning to end. She is a very strong character, used to being on her own and yet she has this tenderness about her. This yearning to belong. She found a place to call home within her new powers. She may still have been an outsider but she was no longer alone and so I could understand her ability to accept things so readily. Devon, though arrogant, felt the same way. He was torn though between wanting to go home to heaven and staying with the angel he found within Ellie. Did I mention he’s a yummy angel warrior? *Le sigh* There is something sacrilegious about finding an angel hot, probably why I enjoy it so much heh. Devon was stuck in the past since that was when he was raised. It was fun to watch him try to adapt while still maintaining his upbringing. Chivalrous and protective, two traits I love in a hero. Together these two made an unstoppable couple. Capable of even saving the human race, one more time.

Lori Brighton is probably one of my favorite authors ever. Her writing is descriptive enough for a complete picture without it seeming daunting or boring. She sprinkles each novel with enough action to keep your pulse pounding and heat to make you fan yourself. I’ve enjoyed each and every book I’ve had the pleasure of reading!

I give The Demon Hunter by Lori Brighton 4 stars!

Kiss Me Kill Me- Anthology

Available: NOW Amazon/Smashwords/Barnes and Noble/ (Only in e-book form)

Type: Anthology

Publisher: Self Published

My Copy: Sent From One Of the Authors For Review

This anthology, like all anthologies had some great short stories and some I just skimmed through. I am only going to highlight those that I absolutely loved here in my review. Having said that several were about characters from books I had already read so I will also be telling you which series these hailed from as it really isn’t necessary but nice to know the background of the short stories in this book.

Cat Fight by Zoe Winters: This book picks up after her first prenaturals short in the compilation: Blood Lust. In Kept we met Greta the cat therian (aka shapeshifter) and the man she fell in love with, a sorcerer, Dayne. That short was really good btw and if you have a chance to pick up Blood Lust (which contains 3 short stories) I really do recommend them.

In Cat Fight we get another glimpse into their world and how they are handling being together after kept ended. Zoe Winters is a wonderful writer that can do so much in such a short time. I enjoyed the interaction between Dayne and Greta and how he handles a woman that is more cat that human at times.

Available: NOW Amazon/Barnes and Noble (Links for e version)

*Available in paperback as well*

OR you can download Kept for FREE HERE

A Fairytale Ending by M.T. Murphy: This was a short about Lucifera (loved the take that she was a woman and not a man like everyone else says) and her “pet” werewolf. When Jennifer takes out the trash for her scumbag boss, she never expected to be propositioned with money to lure a man out to his death. But thats exactly what happens in this short, no happily ever after tale. This was a dark short that had me wondering about the rest of the story.  I will be looking for more from M.T.

Wild Passion by Lori Brighton: This short brought her past two full length novels to a close by letting us see a glimpse of Adelaide who we met in the previous book, Wild Desire. Adelaide has the gift of seeing the future, for everyone but herself. Attempting to provide a better life for her ailing mother she goes after a statue with immense power. One men will and have killed for. Her father being one of them. She finally retrieves it only to have it stolen by a rival treasure hunter James. James can’t deny the instant attraction they have and in his mission to claim his own treasure he might have found something even more valuable…love.

LOVED this one! It’s longer then most of the other shorts. Lori is incredibly talented and I’ve loved both other books in this series. I was so excited to hear there was a 3rd in Kiss Me Kill Me. With it being a bit longer you have more time to connect with the characters and fully see the arc of their stories. I will read anything Lori writes!

The Sacrifice by Toni LoTempio: I enjoyed this one because it took a romance and put a devil worshiping spin on it. The short didn’t so much focus on the romance but more on the creepy demon fiance and his weird vampire family of the undead. Once Jennifer realizes the mistake she has made in agreeing to marry Alfred, she is counting on her ex-boyfriend Peter to save the day. Short, sweet (err creepy) and I loved it….

Ok so only 4 out of the 9 stories stood out to me…but that’s okay because they make the book completely worth it! And what I didn’t like you certainly could! At this price….AND for charity…you can’t beat it.

*This e-book is only .99!! AND all proceeds go to GreaterGood.org Charity!*

I give the Kiss Me Kill Me anthology 4 stars!

Lori Brighton Guest Post and GIVEAWAY

Morning everyone! Today begins a week of guest posts and GIVEAWAYS here at Ramblings From A Chaotic Mind. No, there is no special occasion it just happened to fall into place that way. To kick it off today we have Lori Brighton, who is one of my favorite authors! Lori has had a couple of print releases including her new book Wild Desire, as well as several indie releases in ebook forms.

So let’s welcome Lori!

Lori, what have been your challenges in writing a historical paranormal?  Not many authors take on a historical paranormal romance at all, why did you decide to?

You could say I’ve always been an imaginative person. My favorite movies when I was growing up were those adventurous type films like Indiana Jones, the kind of movies that took you to another world and threw you into a place of suspense. The historical aspect didn’t hurt. In fact I went to college for Anthropology but realized rather quickly that digging in the dirt was way less romantic and much more…dirty than I’d thought. But there was one way I could go on adventures and not get so messy…writing.

The first book I wrote was a romantic suspense with plenty of life or death situations to drum up the rate of your heart. As much as I liked to write an emotional read, I also loved those external adventurous plot points. When I read books by authors who focus mostly on internal problems, I’m always a little astonished that they can pull off such a feat while keeping the readers interested.

But I also love history and there is nothing, in my opinion, more romantic than the Victorian era. Perhaps it’s because my mom would always take me to antique shops and since we lived in the U.S. those antique shops were full of Victorian era objects. It’s always been one of my favorite eras. When I sit down to write a historical romance, they always seem to take place in the 1800s.

But suspense and history aren’t the only things I have in my books. Over and over again, the paranormal tends to slip into my plots, even when I’m not expecting it. When I started Wild Heart, my first N.Y. published book, I had intended for it to be a historical romance. But I realized I could make the book more unique and give the two main characters a deeper connection if there was a paranormal aspect. And so Wild Heart became a historical paranormal. Wild Desire, the spinoff to Wild Heart, has even more paranormal.

But as I’m starting to learn, combining my favorites themes isn’t all rainbows and lollipops. Many historical readers are puritans in that they want their historical books to be historicals; no vampires, no werewolves, just good old fashioned history. And on the other hand, paranormal readers aren’t used to reading historicals. And believe me there is a difference between a historical and paranormal romance.

For one, historical romances often have a fine balance between internal and external conflict. And, in fact, if they do lean toward one over the other, it’s usually internal conflict. The heroine or hero often have to overcome something emotional to have that happily ever after. There is a lot of talk about feelings and love. And brooding abounds!
Whereas in most paranormals, if the hero broods too much, the heroine would merely kick his ass. Sweet and meek heroines are not found in the paranormal world and feelings tend to be for pansies. Even the heroine has to be tough as nails, which usually wouldn’t go over well with historical readers. As for internal versus external problems… the external is usually at the forefront, with the heroine or hero often focused on saving the world.

Writing in all genres has certainly been a learning process for me. So how about you… are you a puritan who likes to keep your subgenres separated? Or are you a ‘more the merrier’ kind of reader?

Leave a comment. TWO people will win a signed printed copy of my historical paranormal Wild Desire, an Ecopy of A Night of Secrets AND an ecopy of Kiss Me, Kill Me.

Grayson Bellamont has spent years on the Continent, fighting a war he cares nothing for. It is only while in the chaos of battle that he can hide what he truly is, a Vampire. Returning to England, he finds his sister murdered and his seven-year-old niece missing. All over the country Vampires are mysteriously dying. Grayson sets out to uncover the truth and locate his niece before it’s too late. All leads point to Meg James, a Vicar’s daughter. Instinct tells him Meg is innocent, but the clues he uncovers warn she’s guilty. One thing is clear, Meg awakens a warmth inside of him he thought long dead and Grayson is torn between a sense of duty and his desires.

Vowing to honor a promise, Meg concocts a lie to keep a stranger’s child safe. She had no idea that protecting the child would mean putting her own life in danger. When Grayson arrives asking questions, Meg’s unease flares. Who is this mysterious man who seems to appear and disappear as quickly as a spirit? A man with strength like no other? As he pushes ever closer, taking over her senses with his touch, his kiss and his unexpected honor, she realizes she has even more to lose. Meg is falling in love with Grayson, but will he believe her when the truth will condemn the one person he trusts the most?

First He Drove Her Mad

In what feels like a moment, Beatrice Edmund goes from being a proper lady cooped up in a stuffy Scottish castle to traveling miles from anything she’s ever known, in the midst of the wildest adventure of her life. And at the center of that adventure is the most infuriating, puzzling scoundrel on earth. She cannot take her eyes off him.

Then He Drove Her Wild

Colin Fitch cannot deny he’s drawn to Beatrice–but lust is all he could possibly feel for the sharp-tongued minx. Still, if there’s a chance she can help him stop the madman he pursues, he must withstand her obvious disapproval. Yet withstanding the longing he feels for her is growing more troublesome by the second. . . And Colin has never been terribly good at staying out of trouble. . .

This is a brand new paranormal anthology from some AWESOME authors! And better yet if you don’t win, you can get your very own copy for only .99 at Smashwords and all proceeds go to charity!

Thank you so much Lori! This has been a lot of fun and what a fantastic giveaway as well!

When I picked up A Night Of Secrets to read I wasn’t sure what to make of it. A historical paranormal romance isn’t something I had read much of. In fact I don’t read a ton of historical to begin with. I just never have been able to get into most of the historical romances I have picked up in the past.

This book started out well with several chapters that kept me totally engaged. I enjoyed the suspenseful beginning and all the mystery surrounding the dead woman and the child that Meg rescues. Right away though I wasn’t ever entirely sure why the whole town shunned Meg and her family. There were several obscure references but I never fully understood the reasoning.

When Grayson makes his entrance as the new owner of some adjacent property to Meg I really wanted to like him. He’s looking for his dead sister’s child. The same child that Meg rescued several years prior. This child is about to go through a transformation becoming a vampire and finding her is important. Meg has since renamed the girl though so Grayson makes it his mission to uncover the truth. Being a vampire is genetic and humans can’t be turned.

On top of Grayson’s issue with the child, human bodies start piling up around Meg and everyone suspects her of murder, or at the very least being an accomplice. This was the point in the book that I couldn’t focus. I spent until about the middle of the book constantly cursing Grayson. His back and forth on his feelings for Meg got somewhat grating. One minute he’d be wanting to gather her in his arms and the next he was pushing her away. This went on for chapters. Grayson’s thirst for Meg’s blood only intensifies. Plus there was a lot of story telling that I felt could be cut down…or out.

After that half way point the book picked back up again and I was able to get back into it for the most part. Being a historical I generally don’t mind female characters that are more feeble. Meg, was definitely a more feeble character.  She was never as outspoken as I wanted her to be. When danger came knocking I wanted her to fight back, but she really never did. I liked her overall but I don’t think I ever fully connected with her as Lori intended.

The last 1/4 of the book was the best. I enjoyed when all the pieces came together and the lies and suspicions are revealed.  Grayson never fully thought he was capable of loving someone until meeting Meg and so his last ditch effort to try to make her understand was heart warming.

While A Night Of Secrets didn’t totally work for me, I think those who read historical romance on a regular basis will get more out of it. I am a big supporter of Lori’s work! Her writing style is easy to follow and she has well thought out characters as well as visually appealing settings.

I give A Night Of Secrets by Lori Brighton 3 stars!

The Mind Readers by Lori Brighton

I think Lori is trying to give me a coronary! I can’t get over how exciting this book was and how my heart raced until the last sentence. And boy, that last sentence is a DOOSEY. Lori’s first young adult book does not disappoint!

From Smashwords:

Cameron Winters is a freak. Fortunately, no one but her family knows that Cameron can read minds. When Lewis Douglas arrives, he tempts her with possibilities of freedom. Determined to embrace her hidden talents, Cameron heads to a place where she meets other Mind Readers. But when the Mind Readers realize the extent of Cameron’s abilities, they want to use her powers for their own needs.

Cameron has always been different, always been an outsider. That kinda comes with the territory when you can read minds. She has integrated herself into the “cool” crowd in high school by befriending Emily, the most popular of them all. All Cam has to do is say the right thing at the right time…and when you know what someone wants to hear, well, it’s not that hard to do.

When a classmates body washes up on shore and Cam hears the thoughts of the killer in the crowd she knows she must stop him. Going against her grandmother’s teachings about flying under the radar she sets out to find the killer. What she finds is Lewis, the new mysterious kid that seems to know what she is thinking. Could it be true? Could there be more like her?

Solving the murder mystery was one thing, but falling for Lewis is a complete other. Cam finds a confidant in him, something she has never had. Being raised by her grandmother after her dad died and her mom abandoned her has forced Cam to grow up completely isolated. Always scared, always hiding…always running.

Lewis offers her an escape. Come with him to a place where more mind readers exist. Leave with him and never come back. Cam follows, never once thinking of the reasoning or ramifications of her actions. Meeting the owner of her new home, Aaron is like a dream come true. He is willing to teach her how to control the voices, learn to build her strength. But like some dreams, it quickly turns into a nightmare. Things don’t add up, people are lying…Aaron, Lewis, the guy chained in the basement being tortured for the “greater good”.

Escaping isn’t a option..at least not in her current state. You see….once you’re in, there’s no getting back out…at least not completely.

I want to cuddle up to this book and never let go! Ok, that sounds strange…eh….I love this book! It was so good! The mystery, the intrigue….THE ENDING *sigh*.

From the very beginning you’re treated to a murder mystery. One that quickly morphs into a dark community in which the lines of right and wrong are blurry. Each side pulling at an arm, wanting you to believe only them. Who do you pick? How do you make the decision who to choose when each side is sprinkling in lies along with the truth?

I loved Cam and Lewis together. Even though I don’t think they are meant to be together for the long haul. Lewis is strong, gorgeous, and WAY to young for me…but he made my nearly 30-year-old heart skip a beat. Lori wrote him so vividly, that I could see him, feel the heat from his body that Cam always felt. See the deep blue pools of his eyes.

Cam is young, she is confused..but I still liked her. Her experiencing love for the first time…the kiss, the emotions. It felt totally real to me. The jealousy, confusion and ultimately, the betrayal. I could see through her eyes, it was all so fresh and new… Cam is a strong mind reader, apparently one of the strongest in existence and Lori’s portrayal of her does my image justice. That generally doesn’t happen to me. I’m often let down in the portrayal of a character I’ve built up in my mind. Can doesn’t come across as whiney or weak. I was often struck by the fact that she seemed older than her years.

I have no clue what to make of Aaron. Whether he honestly thinks he is doing things for the right reason or not. I haven’t a clue if the guy being tortured in the basement, Maddox, is telling the truth either. The organization Maddox works for (SPI) is shadowy and cloaked in their own secrets. All we know is that Cam’s father worked for them at one point. Was it the SPI that murdered him or someone closer? Did I mention that Maddox has beautiful steel-gray eyes and a rock hard body? No? *le sigh*. Plus he’s closer to my age at somewhere around 21…would that make me a cougar? There was a definite connection between him and Cam from the instant he locks his scowling eyes onto her.

I have so many questions at the end of the book that I want to scream in frustration that I don’t have the second one in my hands RIGHT NOW. The knowledge that I have to wait for however long before book two is done…shoot I don’t even know if she’s started writing it yet. See me shaking my fists toward the heavens in frustration.

Lori Brighton is an author not to be missed! The Mind Readers will send you warp speed into a world where your thoughts and darkest secrets are on display for all. Things are not always what they seem and the evil may lie in the shades of gray.

The Mind Readers gets 4.50 stars from me!

*Guess what? The book is only $.99 until December 20th!! Find it on Amazon and Smashwords for the e-format *

Wild Desire by Lori Brighton

Due Out:  MARCH 2011

Publisher: Kensington Books

Wild Desire is Lori’s sequel to Wild Heart (review HERE). It’s a historical romance with a hint of paranormal. The story centers around Colin, who we met in the first book) and Bea.

Colin stumbles into his room in a drunken stupor only to find a naked, cold Bea standing there. The attraction is immediate for Colin, though he wishes it wasn’t. He’s not looking for a woman. Definitely not a sheltered, rich Englishwoman who reminds him of his cold-hearted ex-fiance. Bea couldn’t agree more. She wants nothing to do with Colin…even if his drunken touch did ignite a simmering heat from deep within her body.

When they end up thrown together on a journey across India neither of them is happy with the arrangement. Colin is no cad however, he takes his mission of keeping Bea safe very seriously. His protection instincts on high alert, they make the journey thwarting attempt after attempt on their lives.

Bea, unbeknownst to her, is the key to a statue with limitless power. She doesn’t believe in such things but needing to feel unconfined, goes along with Colin’s plans. She’s tired of being told what to do, where to go and how to be a proper lady. She craves emotion, adventure and fun. She has no idea what she is in for as they sweep across the country through lush jungles, century old temples and palaces. She can’t argue with the powers she watches Colin use. He is a healer, able to take away disease and hold off death. Watching him selflessly save children changes Bea’s opinion of him quite quickly. Gone is the image of a coward and in its place is a hero, a strong man trying to take away others pain…while his own remains.

As they make their journey across the foreign terrain, Bea lets Colin take her to new heights. Places no other man has ever touched, Colin now owns. Including her heart. When evil catches up to them will Colin fight with his head….or his heart?

I really enjoyed Wild Desire. Unlike the first installment, which takes place in cold and dreary England, Wild Desire takes you to the jungles of India. India is extremely varied in its landscapes. In town it’s all dust and brown, dirty. In the jungles the scenery is lush, alive and humming with activity. The descriptions of the temples will make your imagination light up with thought. Lori makes you feel like you’re on a Indiana Jones adventure. Complete with treasure and steamy scenes. The attraction between Bea and Colin is HOT HOT HOT. That man has some serious restraint. Though the book takes place in the mid 1800′s and Colin IS a gentleman at heart. Though he is most certainly a wounded gentleman. His hang up on his ex has his brain completely clouded and until he finally sees Bea for who she truly is… not a copy of his ex…he will never be able to move on. I wanted to thump him several times for not realizing why he was having issues admitting his feelings to Bea.

I love historical romance. Everything seems so chivalrous back then. When a man would treat a lady like a princess and worry about her “reputation”. Colin is the picture of a strong, misunderstood man who wants nothing more than to give in to the temptation that is Bea. In most books I don’t want my female lead to be weak. But in a historical romance I forgive such ideas unless the story calls for the female to take charge. Bea begins the story as a proper lady and morphs into a head strong, brave woman by the end. The transformation was a page turner.

Wild Desire will sweep you up in a whirlwind journey across a distant land…leaving nothing in its wake but rumble, shattered misconceptions and emotional scars. If you want a steamy historical romance with action and just a smidge of paranormal…Lori Brighton is your go to author!

I give Wild Desire 4.5 stars!

Check out my interview with Lori HERE (though the interview is long over) and her website HERE

Welcome Lori Brighton! And GIVEAWAY!

Guess what everyone? Today I have my very first author interview! I humbly welcome Lori Brighton! I met Lori after I won a copy of her newest release The Ghost Hunter (my review here) a couple of months ago. After talking with her a bit, I can honestly say she is super dooper coolio!

So, welcome to my little space on the web Lori! I just wanted to ask you a few questions about your experiences as an author and stuff, well, I just want to know. Go ahead and get comfy, because I like to ask lots of questions. :)

When did you first start writing?

Well, I did dip my toes into the writing world as a first grader, when I wrote a book about a super hero Koala Bear. This book won some sort of writing award. But sadly, I put my pen and paper away. It wasn’t until I was in my twenties that I decided to try to write my first romance.

How many books have you had published or self-published?

I’ve had one book published by Kensington. Wild Heart is a historical romance with a bit of paranormal. The second book in the series will be available in March of 2011 and is called Wild Desire. The Ghost Hunter is my second published book and my first Self Published.

I just reviewed this! If you happened to have missed it you can find it here.

Not many people write in your sub-genre. What appeals to you about writing paranormal historicals?

When I started Wild Heart, I hadn’t planned on making it paranormal. But for some reason that just sort of slipped in. I thought it would make my characters connected on a deeper level. I love paranormal and action and bringing that together within a historical setting just seemed fun and unique.

I know your a busy woman! Tell us a bit about what you have on your plate right now?

Wild Desire, the second book in the Wild Heart series, will be out in March. I’m really excited about the book. It’s a lot of fun, very adventurous. I’m also working on book 2 of the Ghost Hunter series.

What kind of research do you do when planning for a new book?

Depends on the book. A historical will take more research, of course. The internet is definitely my friend! Fortunately, I can go almost anywhere. Still, it’s hard to find specifics. Wild Desire takes place in India. As I’ve never been there, I had to rely on the web and there were quite a few things that I just couldn’t find. So I’m sure I’ve written something wrong. (I would think a lot of people haven’t been to India either…so I bet no one notices. And those that have been to India…uh how cool is that?!)

You cross genres while keeping the paranormal aspects..do you prefer to write current or historical romance? Are you going to branch out even further into the paranormal world at some point?

I really do like them both and it would be very hard, if not impossible, to pick one. When I’ve been working on a contemporary, it’s nice to take a break and clear my head by working on a historical.

Actually, right now I’m doing the finishing touches on a young adult book. It’s about young adults with certain powers, so I guess you’d call it a paranormal, although I don’t think it’s your typical paranormal. (OOOO my interest is definitely piqued now, you can tell me more later!)

What genre and who are you reading right now? Favorites?

I’m reading a paranormal contemporary by Edie Ramer. Also, I’m critiquing/reading H.P. Mallory’s next book, another contemporary paranormal. Honestly, at this point I’m so busy that it’s hard to read for fun. I have a huge pile of TBR. I need to get started! (You and me both…but I don’t really have an excuse…*sigh*)

Do you have a guilty pleasure?

Definitely sweets. Baked goods and chocolate. I’m a junk food junkie, but less so the older I get. Also, television. I love my T.V.! God, television and food. Lol. I’m such a stereotypical American! (I totally hear you…Halloween trick-or-treating with two kids means lots of junk in my house..but I never say no to a peanut butter cup…ever…)

If your current book, The Ghost Hunter, was to be made into a movie who would you want to play the main characters? Why?

Ohhh, I like that question! Gerard Butler would play Cristian, my hero. He’s got that charming kick-ass attitude that I think represents Cristian so well.

As for my heroine, Ashley…. Maybe someone like Jennifer Garner from her Alias years.

And Colin (a secondary character) would be played by Alexander Skarsgard. (YUMMY, Seriously Lori, I love Alexander…drool)

Camile (another secondary character) would be played by Lenora Crichlow from BBC’s Being Human.

Halloween just passed, what do you do to celebrate? Do you like scary movies and haunted houses? Trick or treating with the family?

Definitely trick or treating with the kid. I don’t like gory movies at all, but I do like movies that are more like psychological thrillers. Like The Sixth Sense sort of thing. And I don’t like haunted houses. The idea of strangers jumping out at me does not appeal! Costume parties are always good! (I’m the girl in the haunted house you can hear screaming…I scream loud..even though I know it’s coming)

Thank you so much for doing this for me Lori! And Thank you for everyone that stopped by today! Now for the giveaway!!! Lori had graciously said I can give away two E-copies of her latest book, The Ghost Hunter! All you have to do is leave Lori a comment! I will post the winner tomorrow (Tuesday Nov 2nd). Please leave a way I can contact you if you win. If you don’t want to leave your email address here, please email it to me at: nmulder81(at)hotmail(dot)com. Easy Peezy!
